Innovation has been in our DNA from the beginning. subsurfaceAI Inc. (formerly Geomodeling Technology Corp.) started modestly nearly 30 years ago, partnering with industry majors to build practical, geoscience-first solutions for characterizing complex reservoirs. That work included SBED and ReservoirStudio — a process-oriented approach to modeling sub-seismic heterogeneity that conventional workflows often overlook.

Over the last 8 years, we’ve doubled down on integration and AI. We’re bringing cores, well logs, seismic, and production into one ML-powered platform — subsurfaceAI — so subsurface teams can work faster, more consistently, and with greater confidence across scales. Our seismic analysis products, including AttributeStudio, are fully integrated into the platform to support end-to-end interpretation and reservoir characterization workflows.
